Now is the Time to Buy!!

We keep hearing this over and over again, that now is the best time to purchase your dream home. I would like to hear from those of you that have been able to take advantage of the prices in this market and purchased your dream home, whether it is a totally remodeled home or a fixer upper. I would also like to hear from those of you that want to buy your dream home but are having difficulty whether it is with financing, property taxes, etc. I pride myself in being able to help my customers find that first home that they can call home. But recently I am finding challenges in well priced properties with extremely high taxes that some of my customers can’t qualify for and it is very frustrating for them. Please share your stories with us, we would love to hear them!
